Accommodation
Unfortunately, our camp is strictly 18+. Nevertheless if you are traveling with your family and would like to have surf camp with your kids (min. 13 year old), it’s possible as long as under age people are under the supervision of their parent(s).
You will be staying in a delightful hostel (Blind Dog Inn), located in Sanur, Bali. Conveniently located just a short 10-minute walk away from the ocean, or the city center. It is surrounded by a beautifully manicured garden, and lush tropical greenery. There is a large outdoor pool with an sizable area to relax and lounge around, as well as it’s own affordable bar. There are 8-bed and 4-bed dormitories and also private room available. All the rooms comes with an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. There’s also wi-fi working throughout the surf camp.
Lessons
Locations will be dependent on skill level, tide, and weather conditions. This can include venturing outside of Sanur to locations such as Kuta, or Uluwatu.
Times are dependent on tide and skill level. We will prioritise safety for beginners, and use mid to high tides. Intermediate surfers will be able to participate in all tide conditions. Surf times will generally run between 7am to 5pm.
Payment
No, we do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax.
We would be happy to give a discount for groups of 8 persons or more. Please email us for group rates and bookings.
Preparation
Bring board shorts or swimwear, hats, comfortable clothes, sandals and shoes- don’t forget a refillable water bottle! Rash guards and other equipment will be provided during the surf lessons.
Reservation
We do not provide refunds in general. Please contact blinddoginn@gmail.com if you have special reasons for cancellations.
Yes. Reservations are REQUIRED for all camp bookings. Reservations help us determine the number of equipment and instructors we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the camp due to weather or any other information you must know.
