Level 1 – Beginner
This course is tailored to those that have never surfed before, or are still early beginners. After this course you will be surfing the small waves and feeling comfortable in the ocean.
You will learn:
- Basic surfing technique
- Paddling
- Popping-up
- Wave riding stance
- Turning your board on the wave
- Ocean knowledge & safety
Level 2 – Advanced Beginner
In this course you will learn to surf reef break waves, surf it’s face before it breaks into white water waves, and master the art of turning from left to right, and right to left. After completing this course you how to ride waist to shoulder high waves without assistance.
You will learn:
- Paddling out
- Reading the waves
- Take-off positioning
- Learning manouvers like bottom turn,carving and cutbacks
Level 3 – Intermediate
Unleash your full potential, and push the limits of your surfing skills to the next level. Perfect your ability to catch larger waves, and surf through them with power. By the end of this course you will know exactly how to keep improving your surfing technique. The instructors will check where is the best waves for you and you will surf 2-3 different spots during your stay. In level 3 you will also have daily video coaching to improve your skills faster. (NOTE that there will be 35UDS extra charge for level 3 surf camps).
You will learn:
- Smoothly linking your manouvers
- Riding bigger and faster waves
- Correct and easy way of duckdiving
- Surfing etiquette

I bought the surf camp deal -twice! They have really good instructors at the surf school and the surf spots are really close by. The blind dog inn is one of the nicest hostels i ever stayed in. Easy to make friends, the staff is amazing, best smoothie bowls ever and a nice big pool! Would defenitely recommend the surf camp for both beginners and for intermediate surfers.
Spent a month in Bali during the wet season and couldn’t resist and booked the surf camp twice! Blind dog Inn was worth every penny spent, in summary: Great weather despite rainy season + amazing surf +very responsive and responsible staffs + amazing smoothie bowls and juice +clean spacious accomodation + superb vibe = top notch holiday

My first time in asia, my first time in bali and the first surf experience for me. I was really surprised about this awesome surfcamp! The beach is so close, and the stuff helped me in a really proffessional way, to join the camp and to get my first surf lessons. The teachers were really friendly and competent! The mood in this camp was allways so happy and chilled. It was calm in the night and perfectly to reset the body from the hard paddeling sessions. There was a cooling clean pool infront of a nice chill-area with a baar. The dorm was also really clean and in good conditions. I really recomment this camp, it was just my perfect start in my traveling and surf adventure 🙂

Surf camp was amazing! The instructors were great and surf spots were very good for beginners and intermediate surfers. I improved a lot and had a great experience. One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. The staff were great, was very clean and has a cool vibe. Will definitely be back!
I really wonder whether to spread the secret will kill the magic of the place… Blind Dog Inn is a gem; peaceful surroundings, agreeable interiors and settings, homey atmosphere. Staff is extremely friendly, with a right balance of local and foreign. And then, there is the surf: on a perfect location for beginners (like myself), motivated instructors keep encouraging you to feel the waves and do your best. I just regret I didn’t have more days to extend the joy of the experience.
